A Season Full of Firsts

The 2024 Eagles’ season is officially over, but not without making some school history. They ended as the Region 5A champs, had a home playoff game, and don’t forget their amazing record which is 8-2 and, in region games, 6-1. These amazing accomplishments are firsts for the East Hickman High School Eagles’ football team.

Regardless of their postseason ending so early, the Eagles still had an amazing season with many achievements with great performances full of grit and determination.

East Hickman has the first ever HOME regional playoff game!

To attest to their great performances this season, the Eagle seniors, Kaiden Shupe and Nathan Hobbs, have received many offers and scholarships to play on the next level. Senior tight-end Nathan Hobbs has received offers from Kentucky Wesleyan, Culver Stockton, and Cumberland. Senior right guard Kaiden Shupe has received scholarships from Culver Stockton and Bluffton University, and has gotten an offer from Contra Costa.
