There are many different clubs at EHHS. So, why join one? Some clubs help with deciding career choices; some are there for fun while in school while others focus on athletics or academics. Clubs with service hours or leadership roles look great on college applications.
Clubs often get a chord to wear when one graduates, and different clubs have various colored ones. There may be stipulations from the club about how cords are acquired. If you want to find where to meet or sign up for a club, go to your google classroom or keep reading!
Pep Club – Pep Club is advised by Mrs. Copley, and they get to help pick what to wear for the dress up days at the games.
Joining is as easy as talking with Mrs. Copley. Come be a part of creating positive school spirit! To join, go see Mrs.Copley in the guidance office and sign up.
Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America FCCLA – FCCLA is advised by Mrs. Boehms, and they learn to cooperate with coworkers and how to cook. See Mrs.Boehms to sign up.
Drama Club- It is advised by Mr Rose. They do acting exercises, lighting, sound checks, and working with other people. They run and produce plays for the school that are also open to the public.To join, you should see Mr. Rose and discuss your interests.
Student Council- It is advised by Mrs. Robinson, and they help with school activities such as homecoming, community work, and budgeting for events. Go see Mrs.Robinson in room 218 between classes if you want to join.
Book Club-It is advised by Mrs. Presson, and this is a new club where they read and discuss books.Go to Mrs. Presson’s room 276 on blue days.
Health Occupations Students of America HOSA-It is advised by Mrs. Gardner. In this club, they run blood drives and compete in competitions over various medical events.You sign up in Mrs.Gardner’s classroom 240 on blue days.
Future Business Leaders of America FBLA-It is advised by Mrs. Morgan, and they help work on students’ business skills.To join this club, you have to have been in one of her business classes or currently in it.They just had their first meeting,so if you hurry, you can still join in room 137.
Art Club-It is advised by Mrs. Allman, and you make decorations for the school and paint decor around the school.You just walk in and ask her and you have to do 3 hours of community. See Mrs. Allman in the art room 107.
Fellowship of Christian Students FCS – It is advised by Mr. Rose and Mrs. Poff, in this club you get together and talk about Christianity and deepen your faith.You just go sign up with Mr. Rose in room 103.
Beta Club-It is advised by Mrs. Graves, and it is a leadership and service club for high achieving students with all A’s.You have to have at least a 90 average for the entire year to join Beta club invitations are sent out in September to new candidates.
Design Club- It is advised by Mrs. Mahoney, and they do crafts and projects there.Come to Mrs Mahoney’s class (Room 134) and sign a permission slip form.
Spanish Club-It is advised by Mrs. Rodriguez, and the club helps you learn or enhance your Spanish skills. They also help English Language Learners (ELL) with integration.Talk to Mrs. Rodriquez (Room 265) and she will let you join.
Future Farmers of America FFA-It is advised by Mr. Williams, and they do lots of events such as soil studying, parliamentary procedure, speech, and sales team. They also participate in competitions that take place outside of school. If you want join, you need to be in a ag class or go see Mr. Williams in room 123.
Work Based Learning WBL-This is not a Club; it is actually a class that you can take. Mrs. Morgan is the adviser of the class and you can ask her for more information in room 137.
